Working principle:
CF Type Pastillator makes the molten
material flowing from the upstream process drop to the steel
belt moving at a uniform velocity. The upward spray cooling
and water returning device is provided below the belt to insure
that the molten material spreading uniformly on the belt may
be cooled and cured in the course of being conveyed to the
discharge end. On the basis of the properties of the material
and requirements for use, different operating modes of and
mechanisms for intermittent dropping, continuous bar output
or full-width overflow may be selected for the material distributing
device so as to yield hemisphere, strip or flake shaped products.

Main merits:
Reduce dust, improve
working condition, operate continuously, raise
production efficiency. The shape of the pastille is regular
so as to make great value.
The technology
of heat transfer and atomized spray forced cooling with
thin steel belt is adopted to insure fast cooling and
curing of melting material.
As the steel
belt change direction and bends at the discharge end,
which make it easy for the cured material to break away
from the junction face with steel belt ,dust is little
when the material is discharged, the shape of pastille
is protected.
As the material
distributor and steel belt are respectively driven by
stepless variable-frequency governor motors, the operating
speed may be controlled in accordance with the production
capacity and the material's property data.
The temperature
is controlled in three steps to insure the system operated
in stable and reliable state.
Applied
scope: The plant is applied to products
with the melting point below 250¡æ for curing and shaping.
Typical applied materials include: Sulphur, Paraffin Wax, Resin, Asphalt, Maleic
Anhydride, Trimellitic Anhydride, Salt Stearate, Hot-Melt Adhesives, M-Phenylenediamine, Urea, Rubber
and Plastic Auxiliary etc.
