Working principle: The
fine powder material shall be continuously mixed,
particulized,
spheroidized and compacted in the plant by mechanical
stiring force and aerodynamic force produced by stiring
force to complete the process of granulation. The shape
of end products is spherical. The degree of spheroid is
¡İ0.7£¬dia of the particles is from 0.3 to 3.0mm£¬rate of
end products is ¡İ80%¡£The diameter of the particle can be changed
properly by means of adjusting the wetness of material
or rotating speed of the main shaft. Generally speaking,
lower moisture and higher rotating speed, less grain size.
Applied scope: This plant is especially
applied to the material with light mass and fine powder.
Finer the basic particle, higher the degree quality of spheroid
and quality. The required particle size before granulation
must less than 300 eyes. Typical applied material: Carbon, White
Carbon, Pottery Clay, Kaolin, Urea Formaldehyde, Molecular Sieve,
Calcium Carbonate, and etc.

particle size is much more concentrated and is more
easy to deal with than the nature-gathering plant.
