PRG Type Roller Compaction Modeler

Working principle: The material brought into the plant is forcedly extruded out from the steel model plate while being compacted by the roller. Cylindrical strip is cut by cutter under the model plate to form cylindrical grain. The range of diameter of the grain is from 2mm to 10mm.The rate of end products is ≥95%.

Applied scope: Typical applied material: Composite Fertilizer, Biological Fertilizer, Auxiliary, Catalyzer, Agrochemicals, Pottery Clay, Zinc Oxide and et.

Main merits:

• The rate of end products is high. There is no need for products to be sieved and returned.

• the grain is more intensive and the rate of secondary powderlization is extremely low.

• Unit plant possess powerful production capacity that can amount to 7000kg/hr, and is applied to granulation for large scale.
